How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your device to view, modify, or cancel your plan.

My birth chart data seems incorrect. What should I do?

Double-check your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location in your profile. Even a few minutes or a nearby city can shift house placements. If the issue persists, email us with your details.

What is Stardust and how do I earn it?

Stardust (✦) is our in-app currency. You earn it through daily login streaks, completing rituals, and purchasing Stardust packs. It's used to unlock premium tools like Dream Decoder, Cosmic Portraits, and extra Nyle AI questions.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

New users enjoy 7 days of full Sidereal Union access with 10,000 Stardust. After the trial, you can subscribe to Soul ($9.99/mo) or Union ($16.99/mo), or continue on the free tier with 1,500 one-time Stardust.

I purchased a Birth Chart Book. When will it ship?

What's the difference between Tropical and Sidereal astrology?

Most apps use the Tropical zodiac, which hasn't accounted for 2,000 years of Earth's axial wobble (~24° drift). Nyle & Moon uses the Sidereal system with NASA JPL ephemeris data and Lahiri Ayanamsa correction, showing where planets actually are in the sky right now.
