Return Window
Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Candles must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@nyleandmoon.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the item back at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 5-day window.
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@nyleandmoon.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
